Refund Policy

OUR 30 DAYS REFUND WARRANTY

For any product you order from Mart Lovers, we offer a FREE replacement warranty within 30 days from the actual date of purchase. If the product delivered is not what you ordered or doesn’t match the description listed on the website, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of order delivery. Whether the item is defective or needs to be replaced, we’ll make sure all your issues are resolved on a priority basis.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our refund policy lasts only for 30 days and is applicable on products within warranty. If 30 days have passed by since you received the order, we can’t accommodate your refund or exchange request.

• Only those products are eligible for returns that are still in their original condition and packaging. Any damaged or used product will not be eligible for a refund. • If you want to place a refund request, email us with the detailed reason for return and send us a validated proof or pictures or a video of the item that supports your request. • Once your request has been approved, you will receive a refund authorization number and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product for quick return. • For a hassle-free and assured refund, please return the item via a track able mail service as Mart Lovers will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. • You’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and these service costs will be non-refundable. Also, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

Mart Lovers will not offer a full refund for items that are not in its original condition, are damaged or composed of missing parts for any reasons. We also do not accept refund request for sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

• If your refund request has been accepted but you haven’t received it yet, check your bank account again. • Contact your credit card company to make sure if it was officially posted or not. • Contact your bank to make sure if it is still in the processing stage or not posted yet.

EXCHANGE OFFERS

We only replace or exchange defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it with a similar item, send us an email at ……………………………….

SALE/ PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Only regularly priced items or products that are not under the sale may be refunded. We don’t offer any refund for promotional items.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order is placed and processed or shipped, it can’t be cancelled. You can return the item after it reaches you with a cancellation fee to cover the shipping charges. If the request for order cancellation is placed before it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees.
PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
